Spend ten days close to and above the arctic circle with this route through the Swedish part of Lapland. The northern parts of Sweden is among one of the most rural areas throughout Europe, which gives you the feeling of being one of the few people exploring this part of Sweden. On this route there are many different activities available, from fishing in one of the arctic rivers to visiting the biggest and perhaps the most beautiful national park within Sweden, Sarek National Park. Take a hike with huskies or if you are more adventurous and visit Swedish Lapland in the winter, take a dog sledding tour and ride through the stunning forests. Witness an extraordinary natural phenomenon, the midnight sun during the summer months, when the sun never gets below the horizon which gives have plenty of time to enjoy all the great experiences this area has to offer you. At the end of the route you will come close to the border between Sweden and Finland as you go to the Haparanda Skärgård National Park with its beautiful sandy beaches, the perfect place to relax at the end of a strenuous trip.

There are different levels possible to go for on a rafting trip. From relatively easy to extreme hard, no matter what level you choose, the possibility you will get wet is always there. The easiest tours take 2-3 hours depending on the water conditions.
Where in winter it is possible to have a dog sledding tour, in summer when the snow is melted it is possible to take a hike with huskies. During this six hour tour you will enjoy the nature and these dogs typical for Swedish Lapland. During the tour you will get to know a lot more about the dogs and the nature within this part of Sweden.
All around Ammarnäs there are great fishing areas where you will be able to fish for the best trout in Sweden. You will be able to go fishing with a guid or on your own, depending on what you like. Good fishing spots are the Vindel River or the Tjulån.

There are different possibilities to do, you can go on a short tour on which you will get educated by a guide on how the Sami-people live in these parts of Sweden. You also have the possibility to stay the night and sleep on reindeer skin next to a warming fire. An absolute must do to get to know this part of Sweden.
Always wanted to experience how it feels to have 24 hours of sunlight a day? In the summer Swedish Lapland is the place to experience this! In Jokkmokk just a few kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, you will be able to see the midnight sun between the 8th of June and the 2nd of July. The Service Point is the starting and ending point of your adventure and makes sure you hit the road well prepared. On your day of arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome, and your Gear Set will be ready for takeaway. Together with the Service Point you'll check the Gear Set for completeness and sign to confirm your pick up. Before you hit the road, the Service Point will happily provide you with useful tips about must dos and must visits during your trip. If you choose to include the set up service, your Gear Set will be set up for you at the campsite, all you have to do is relax and enjoy!
