Why do I need to pay a deposit?

The deposit being paid is used to replace damaged packages or items, if necessary. In case a package is not (entirely) returned, or in case a package is returned severely damaged or with extreme dirt. Of course products can be damaged due to ware. So in every case we will judge whether (a part) of the deposit will be claimed. In case you return your package completely intact your deposit will be reimbursed.
