Geardropper makes camping possible for a new generation of campers, who feel the need to slow down from their busy digital lives and enjoy nature. We do this by offering rental take-away camping gear on location. The Geardropper Service Points are the starting point for the outdoor adventures of our customers. They can spend a couple of nights on your campsite, but also take the gear where they want, to go on a road trip adventure through the area.
You will welcome Geardropper customers at your campsite and hand out their complete package of camping gear. Have the customer check the package and sign for completeness before take-away.
When the Geardropper customers return from their trip, you'll take in and check the gear for completeness. You will hand out a receiptform to the customer befor he heads home.
Within 24 hours after receipt you will check the gear for any damages and cleanliness, and report this to Geardropper. You will clean and dry the gear (if necessary) and store it for the next reservation.
If the customer has selected this, you will set-up the gear at your campsite so that everything is ready and the customer can immediately enjoy a good first night of sleep, after his journey.
The customer can book this, for instance if he needs to get up early for the departure flight. You will then pack-up all the gear from the pitch at your campsite.
