Where and at what time can I pick-up and drop-off my gear?

During the booking process you will indicate at what date and at which Service Point you want to pick-up the gear. Your gear will be ready for you from that date at that service point. The pick-up is flexibly possible between the opening hours of the respective Service Point. At most of our Service Points it is also possible to pick-up outside opening hours, but in that case you do need to confer with the respective Service Point beforehand.
