What is considered damage?

With damage we mean loss, theft, damages, incompleteness and excessive dirt concerning products or parts of products that are the property of Geardropper. There are different types of damage that could occur:

• Products that are handed out damaged or incomplete by us
• Products that are damaged and can still be used
• Products that are damaged and can no longer be used
• The damage affects your camping comfort in such a way that an emergency solution is needed.

In short: any type of damage is different, but our goal is always for you to proceed your vacation carefree, apart from how the damage has occurred.
