What happens if I return my tent wet?

You can’t always prevent packing up your tent wet. We do ask you to clean and dry the tent as well as possible, before packing up and returning. Also remember to remove mud, bird droppings and resin. Always remember to inform the Service Point when your tent is packed up wet. This way they will know to unpack soon, to prevent from mildew. We will not keep the deposit in case of force majeure, but please try to return the tent in the best possible state and clean on both the in- and outside.
