Please report the damage directly after the occurrence and at least within 24 hours. Always report the damage to us in writing (email, WhatsApp, text message). You can find the contact information in your booking confirmation. If possible, also include a photo of the damage and a short description of the damage and its occurrence. In case you can’t make use of WhatsApp or email, please call or send a text message. In the event of damage that does not concern loss or theft: save the defected product or part and return it to the Service Point after your vacation. Please note: also save and return products that can no longer be used and don’t forget to mention the damage to the Service Point upon return.
