How much time will picking up and dropping off take?

When you have chosen to just pick-up and drop-off your gear, and didn’t choose the set-up and/or pack-up service, this will take about 15 to 30 minutes. This is because you need to check if your order is complete. When you return the gear, the Service Point will have to check whether all rented products are returned.

Of course the Service Point also serves other customers. So it is not always certain that you are first in line. We ask for your respect and consideration on this point. We advise you to give the Service Point a call in advance when you are about to run out of time.
