How do you use and spread my personal data and for which purposes?

Geardropper Europe B.V. uses the personal data that you have provided solely for service purposes in relation to a rental agreement concluded with you. In addition, we may use your data to keep you informed of interesting information and/or offers, provided that you have indicated that you wish to receive such news e-mails. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless doing so is necessary for the performance of the agreement (for instance to Service Points). Personal data is only collected and/or passed on to government institutions if doing so is required within the framework of current statutory regulations. Our employees and partners are bound by a duty of confidentiality with respect to data.
