When dropping-off the gear you and the Service Point will check together whether all rented products are returned. After that you will sign a return form in which you state that you have returned all products complete and free of damage and excessive dirt. You will receive a return confirmation before you leave the Service Point. Please note: this is only a confirmation that you have returned all products. Within 24 hours after the return the Service Point will thoroughly check for completeness, damage and excessive dirt. They will report back to us as soon as possible.
