How do I know for sure that I receive what I have booked?

The Service Point will very carefully prepare your order. But as this is the work of actual human beings, we ask you to check your order and sign for receipt. In other words: a couple of minutes of your time will prevent you from discovering that there is something missing when you have traveled a couple hundred kilometers. When you book the set-up service and/or the first night stay at the camp site of the Service Point, you can take your time to check if all is complete before you continue your trip.
